Returns and Refunds
Every D's Shop item is printed on demand in Canada, made just for you when you order. Because nothing is pulled from a shelf, we handle returns a little differently than a typical store. We always stand behind our quality.
Made to Order, So Most Sales Are Final
Since each piece is custom-printed for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size ordered. Please check the size guide on every product page before you buy so you land the right fit the first time. If you are between sizes or unsure, ask us before ordering and we will help.
If Something Is Wrong With Your Order
This is where we have you covered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or it is the wrong item, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You do not need to ship the original back, and you pay nothing.
How to Report a Problem
- Report it within 30 days of delivery. Sign in to your account, open the order, and select Report a problem. Checked out as a guest? Contact us with your order number.
- Include a quick photo of the issue. It lets us approve your replacement or refund fast, usually within one business day.
- We confirm by email, then send your replacement or process your refund. Keep or donate the original, no return shipment needed.
Wrong Size? One Exchange On Us
Sizing can be tricky. If the fit is not right, we offer one courtesy size exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. Keep your original, then contact us with your order number and the size you need. We reprint and ship the correct size, and you only cover the shipping. Since each piece is made to order, the original cannot be sent back or restocked.
Refund Timeline
When we issue a refund, it lands on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. The full shipping windows show how long outbound delivery takes per province, and the FAQ answers most order questions.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not replace, your rights under your province’s consumer protection legislation. In Ontario, the Consumer Protection Act, 2002gives you specific rights for “Internet agreements” including cancellation rights when delivery is materially delayed or when the product does not match the description provided at purchase. Similar protections apply in other provinces. Nothing in this policy limits these rights.
