How long does delivery take?
Every D's Shop order is printed on demand within Canada by our Canadian fulfilment partner. Print and pack typically takes 2 to 10 business days, then the carrier delivers. Plan on 4 to 12 business days for Ontario, 6 to 14 for most other provinces, and 8 to 17 for Atlantic Canada, the territories, and remote postal codes. Most orders arrive at the faster end of these windows; we quote the full range so you are never caught short.
Do you ship to every Canadian province?
Yes. We deliver to every Canadian province and territory, including remote postal codes in Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Remote addresses may add 3 to 7 business days to the estimated window.
When does shipping become free?
Standard shipping ships free on orders of $120 CAD or more before tax. Orders under that are $10.99 CAD for the first item plus $3 for each additional item.
Where do products ship from?
Every D's Shop order prints within Canada at our Canadian fulfilment partner. Canada Post or Purolator then carries the package to your door. Nothing ships from outside Canada, so your tee or hoodie reaches you in days without crossing a border.
Can I return an item if I changed my mind?
Because every item is printed on demand just for your order, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size ordered. Please check the size guide on each product page before you buy. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or wrong, we make it right for free.
Can I exchange for a different size?
We offer one courtesy size exchange per order within 30 days of delivery. Keep your original, then contact us at hello@deezshop.ca with your order number and the size you need. We reprint and ship the correct size, and you only cover the shipping. Because items are made to order, the original cannot be sent back or restocked.
How fast do refunds land?
When we issue a refund, it lands on your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Banks usually post the credit on your statement within one billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through Shopify Checkout. All charges appear in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.
Will I pay customs or duty fees?
No. Every D's Shop order prints within Canada and ships domestically across the country. You never pay customs, duty, or brokerage fees because nothing crosses the border. Prices show in CAD and applicable HST or GST is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number the moment the carrier picks up your package. You can also visit our Track Your Order page and paste your order number to see the latest status.
Do you offer wholesale or B2B pricing?
Not yet. We focus on individual Canadian customers right now. Email hello@deezshop.ca if you have a specific wholesale request and we can scope it out.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
We have you covered. Report it within 30 days of delivery, from your account or by emailing hello@deezshop.ca with a photo. We send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, and you keep the original, so there is nothing to ship back.
Are my payment details safe?
Yes. Shopify Checkout handles all card data and meets PCI DSS Level 1 compliance. D's Shop never sees or stores your full card number.
